WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD?
You can use a loadable money card. Be sure if you purchase one for the first time you follow the directions to add your billing address before you use the card or it may not work.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit or debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept Reloadable Debit Cards.
CAN I PLACE MORE THAN ONE ORDER AT A TIME?
Yes, you may order as many packages as you want, for one inmate or for many. However, please note that facilities may place limits on the number of packages an inmate can receive over a certain period of time.
CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON PLACE AN ORDER FOR AN INMATE?
Yes, inmates in the facilities we service are allowed to receive care packages from multiple purchasers, though please note that facilities may place limits on the number of packages an inmate can receive over a certain period of time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
Out of stock or discontinued items will be replaced with a comparable item.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are not accepted and refunds will not be issued. Inmates are given the opportunity to review their order when it is distributed. If there is an issue, inmates are required to report it immediately so the issue can be resolved at that time. We cannot honor any issue after an inmate has accepted an order.
WHAT IF AN INMATE IS MOVED OR TRANSFERRED AFTER I HAVE ORDERED?
We are not responsible for inmate transfers, nor do we know when they will occur. You will need to check directly with the facility to ensure proper delivery. If the inmate has been released, the care package will be left in the facility's office for seven days, so the inmate or family to pick up.

WHEN WILL THE INMATE RECEIVE THE PACKAGE I ORDERED?
Packages typically ship within 2-9 days, though delivery may take longer depending on each facility's delivery schedule. In most cases, an inmate should receive their package within 12 days.
CAN I SUBSTITUTE AN ITEM IN A CARE PACKAGE?
Items cannot be individually substituted due to the strict security obligations required by the facilities we serve, though items within a care package may be subject to a comparable replacement when the original item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEMS IN THE CARE PACKAGES HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE CORRECTIONAL FACILITY I'M SENDING TO?
All items contained in our care packages have been previously approved by the facilities. However, we are not responsible for refused items even if they were previously approved. If a facility will not allow a certain product, a substitution will be made for that product of equal value.
IS THERE A DOLLAR LIMIT FOR HOW MUCH I CAN PURCHASE?
There is no monetary limit on gift package orders, though please note that facilities may place limits on the number of packages an inmate can receive over a certain period of time.
